Event Details

Event Details

What: run or walk along the Nightcliff foreshore, in one of the nominated distances 4km, 6km or 12km. 
Why: enjoy a morning walk or run, and help raise funds to support Team NT attend the Special Olympics Games. 
When: Sunday 30th August, 7:30am check in, 8am start. 
Where: Sunset Park, 3 Aralia Street, Nightcliff. 
Cost: Adult $40, Kids $20, Family $80

Course Information

4km Course Map

Starting at Sunset Park the 4km will follow the foreshore footpath to the end of Aralia Street and return to sunset park. There will be a drink station located at the turnaround point.

6km Course Map

Starting at Sunset Park the 6km will follow the foreshore footpath to the end of Rossiter Street and return to sunset park. There will be two drink stations located at Aralia St, and the turnaround point at Rossiter St.

12km Course Map 

The 12km will start at Sunset Park and head back towards Progress Drive. The 12km course will include three turnaround points (keeping the run on the footpath),
1. The first turnaround will be on Progress Drive, and then back around the Nightcliff foreshore to the Rapid Creek bridge.
2. The second turnaround point is over the bridge to Dripstone cliff car park, and back to the Rapid Creek bridge.
3. The final turnaround point is on Rapid Creek Road, the course with then return back along the foreshore to Sunset Park.
